Position Profile in Brief:
  • To manage services provided to all TRA customers (information and e-government as well as telecommunications) through the TRA service Centre in order to ensure quality of customer service and also to develop reports that will assist the TRA management and departments to improve services, policies, and procedures towards better customer service
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree in communications, business administration or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, at least 2 years in supervisory role

  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Position Profile in Brief:
  • an effective member of the Infrastructure & Standards Section and works with supervisor on conducting compliance audits, Risk assessment management, Maintaining the threats register, conducting researches, proposing policies and frameworks and provide the support on different project & initiatives to promote and develop the telecom sector in the state.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor degree  in Electronics or Telecommunication or similar field  
  • 2-3 years experience in ICT

Position Profile in Brief:
  • Develop related policies and processes to assess the compliance of concerned entities with the issued Regulatory Instruments of the department. Additionally, the position is required to develop, maintain and execute regular Audits. The position will liaise internally and externally with relevant departments and authorities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • bachelor degree in telecom engineering or related discipline
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in telecom sector at various levels, of which at least 2-3 years must be in a market with multiple operators and regulators.

Nationality: UAE Nationals (Must)
Position Profile in Brief:
  • Coordinate and assist the core operations of Type Approval section, mainly dealer registration and type approval of telecommunication equipment and supporting the customs clearance of approved telecommunications equipment
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Telecommunications/Electronics (Engineers preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunication market is an advantage
  • 2-3 years in Telecommunications industry
