The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) initiative, the United Arab Emirates Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT), is actively participating and co-sponsoring the International Security and National Resilience Exhibition and Conference (ISNR) that will take place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Center (ADNEC) on 2 – 5 March 2008, under the patronage of H.H. Gen. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi & the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Committed to follow-up all related advances, the aeCERT of the TRA is participating in the ISNR as the only event in the Middle East that brings together the entire spectrum of homeland security solutions under one roof, and addresses the growing need for sophisticated equipment to encounter international terrorism, protect national boarders and respond resiliently to national disasters and terrorism.
The ISNR covers many security related subjects such as intelligence and threats, border and transport security, counter terrorism, critical infrastructure protection, resilience (crisis management), emergency preparedness and response, VIP protection, safety and security, special security, special operations, and information technology.
The aeCERT of the TRA is participating with a stand. The aeCERT Stand is Stand 1235 at Hall 1.
