aeCERT has researched and found out about a new threat called the Angler Exploit Kit which is the successor of the Blackhole Exploit kit that was stopped in 2013 after the arrest of the creator. This exploit kit has been rapidly increasing the number of infected systems within the past year and is now considered to be a critical vulnerability that everyone should know about.
