Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has launched its updated Frequency Spectrum Management System, as a part of its efforts to meet global standards and provide safe and secure spectrum, without any harmful interferences.
A technical team from the Frequency Spectrum Department, in cooperation with the telecom service provider, has updated the whole system to be compatible with the requirements of spectrum users. Through the new system, users can get wireless service permits with minimal human interference.
Several features have been added to the updated system including user control panel, a transactional feedback, new payment channels and others. TRA declared the launch of the new system version on 21 June 2020.
Through this consultation, we aim to engage the users to develop and improve the Frequency Spectrum Management System. We aim to provide spectrum service that is free of harmful interference and provide wireless service permits easily.
