Consumer Disputes with licensees on telecom services

About the Service

This service involves settling disputes of telecom consumers with their service providers.

SERVICE PROCESS

  1. Click on Start Service and then log in using your credential or create a new account
  2. Fill in application form and enter the dispute number provided to you by the service provider and attach any required document
  3. TRA will study the dispute and contact you

TARGET AUDIENCE

All consumers of telecommunication services in the UAE (individuals, business and government sectors)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Identity Card
  • Written authorization or power of attorney letter (for business customers only)
  • Reference number of the complaint with service provider ( if available ) 
  • Any other document to support the complaint (such as your phone bill, account details)

The consumer should:

  • Submit the complaint to the service provider
  • Take the reference number of the complaint
  • In case the complaint is not resolved by the service provider, raise it with the TRA
