Support Service Sector About The Sector Department Support Service Sector: This sector includes four departments: Finance Department, Administration Department, Human Capital Department and Corporate Communications Department. The Finance Department handles the treasury management, accounting, and financial reporting & budgeting. The Administration Department focuses on general service, internal IT support, and procurement & contracts. The Human Capital manages HR planning, employee relations, and talent management. Furthermore, Corporate Communications Department manages marketing, media & public relations and customer service. 1Administration Department: The department tasks and responsibilities are: Contracts and Procurement Providing general services for TRA employees, such as ticket booking, hotel reservations and transportation Providing telecom services such as landlines, internet, domain names registrations and others Planning, coordinating and supervising all the necessary arrangements of the TRA's participation in exhibitions, conferences and social, national and religious events. Coordinating with the Corporate Communication Department with regards to printing publications and brochures Ensuring health, safety and security in TRA's premises Coordinating with the other departments and supporting them in their own requirements Internal mail and TRA's vehicles TRA's assets management and inventory IT support management Developing and monitoring the administration department special budget The department is consisted of three sections: General Service Section, Internal IT Support Section, Procurement & Contract Section. Among the department’s tasks: Developing the TRA's strategic media plan, its initiatives, working units and projects, for the aim of creating positive presence in the local, regional and international media. Creating a strong and growing data base for media relations Strategy and marketing plan preparation Organizing and covering events and activities, locally and internationally Creating a positive reputation for TRA , locally and internationally Preparing and implementing TRA's social initiatives plan Developing, updating and uploading the content of TRA's websites Developing the plan of the media presence on social media channels.
